SCOIL ÍDE G.A.A.TEAM

At the start of this year our school set up a new G.A.A. team. Ms. Hanley, Mr. Campion and Ms. Frost are the trainers. The team trains once a week. All girls from fourth, fifth and sixth can join and at the moment there are over 30 children at training every week. Most of the children can play Gaelic but some are still learning the rules and skills.

Scoil Íde v Scoil Áine

Scoil Íde's first G.A.A. match took place on Tuesday the 19th of October at the Leisure Centre. Both teams played extremely well. It was a very close game but Scoil Áine scraped a win in the end. Everyone played really well and all in Scoil Íde are looking forward to their next game.

EBS Clondalkin has very kindly sponsored a set of jerseys for our football team. The jerseys were designed by Emma Warren in Sixth Class.
